The short version — full details confirmed with your quote.

Advance notice: Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your event. Shorter notice may be declined.
Flavors: Up to 4 cookie flavors per order, any size. Availability varies by season and ingredients.
Acceptance: First-come, first-served. A request isn't a guarantee — all orders depend on availability and capacity.
Confirmation: Your order and date are locked in only once we approve the request and payment terms are settled. 25% deposit required to confirm all orders.
Changes: No changes to flavors or quantities within 7 days of the event. Late changes aren't guaranteed.

Cookies can come prepackaged (individually wrapped) at customer’s request — this will be factored into your quote.
