Every DiCookieMan order is baked fresh for your event. Because our cookies are perishable food made to order, we can’t accept returns — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Service area
DiCookieMan is based in Fresno, California, and caters throughout the Central Valley. Travel distance is factored into every quote.
If you’re outside the Central Valley and would like to try our cookies, send us a message. We can sometimes ship, depending on availability — we’re a small operation, and our local customers come first.
Confirming an order
A catering request is not a confirmed order. Requests are first-come, first-served and depend on our availability and capacity for your date. Your order and your date are locked in only once we have approved the request and settled payment terms with you. A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation; the rest of the balance must be paid a week before the event.
Requests should reach us at least two weeks before your event. Shorter notice may be declined.
Changes
Flavors and quantities can be adjusted up until seven days before your event. Inside that final week the ingredients are bought and the bake is planned, so late changes aren’t guaranteed. Your initial quote may change as a result of any change you request.
Cancellations
Let us know as early as you can if you would like to cancel. Deposits are refundable up until a week prior to your event; at that point ingredients have been bought and we have started the process of making a fresh batch of your cookies. Once the order is received, all sales are final.
Issues or concerns
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email orders@dicookieman.com within 48 hours with a photo and a short description. We will do our best to satisfy our customers.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back the same way you paid. Most appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Allergies
Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, peanuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee any item is free of a given allergen, though we follow all food health safety standards. Tell us about allergies when you inquire and we will be straight with you about what we can and can’t safely do.
